Lee Reaches 1,000 Career Assists
BOSTON, Mass. - Junior Madison Lee reached 1,000 career assists at the Continental Athletic Conference classic on Friday.
2022-2023: Life University
Lee tallied a total of 403 assists in her sophomore season at Life. She posted 45 assists against William Carey University in a 3-2 loss in November and averaged 5.93 assists per set over 22 matches played. She finished out the year ranked 3rd overall in assists in the Southern States Athletic Conference.
2023-2024: Florida College
Lee has made an immediate impact for the Lady Falcons and has now tallied 835 assists after playing and starting in all 24 matches this season. She has reached double digits in every game and flew past her previous career high of 45 assists in a match to secure a new career high of 60 assists against CAC foe Haskell Indian Nations University. Lee is currently ranked 18th in the nation in assists per set, averaging 10.06, and 11th in assists. She has earned CAC Setter of the week on three separate occasions and currently has 1,238 career assists.
"This is a huge milestone every setter in college wishes to achieve and I'm glad I was able to do it here with this team and coaching staff. I am super thankful for everyone here," said Lee.
