Collett Signs with Florida College

TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. - Head women's soccer coach David Ashwood has signed incoming freshman Hannah Collett from Bell High School.

Collett is a 5'7 goalkeeper originally from Trenton, Fla. While in high school, Collett was named the team's Most Valuable Player and recognized as player of the game numerous times. She posted more than 150 saves throughout her career. Collett is not only a stellar athlete, she is also an honor student that recently graduated Cum Laude.

She will be majoring in Communication with hopes of going into law enforcement in the future.

"I'm thankful to God for this amazing opportunity He has given me to play at FC and further my education and spiritual knowledge," said Collett. 

"Hannah is a great addition to our program. She shows a real passion and work ethic towards the game and I look forward to seeing her development and what she can contribute during her time here," added Ashwood.
