TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. - The Florida College men's soccer team defeated Trinity Baptist College 2-0 on Qualls Field.
Falcon Rodrigo Nascimento started off the match hot with an unassisted goal in the 6th minute to put Florida College on the board 1-0. Florida College attempted ten shots compared to the Eagles' one, forcing Trinity Baptist to make adjustments to limit scoring the first half.
The Eagles' effort continued well into the second half until they ran out of gas and allowed another goal from Falcon Brendan Brown in the 82nd minute.
Florida College was too much for the Eagles and the Falcons were able to secure their fifth win of the year.
