Falcons Compete at Southeastern

LAKELAND, Fla. - The men's golf team and individual participant Anna Bassett competed at the Southeastern Fall Invitational at the Grasslands Golf and Country Club. 

The men's team placed 7th of 7 and were led by Tyler Earnhart (33), who finished with a final score of 249. Following closely behind in 34th was newcomer Daniel Berkeley, ending with a score of 251. The lowest round of the invitational for the Falcons was shot by Kade Nelson (36) in the second round, finishing six over par. Tucker Hinely and Josiah Dieman closed out the top five for the Falcons, finishing in 38th and 39th. 

Anna Bassett represented the Lady Falcons as an individual competitor and finished in 38th place with her lowest round score being 122. 

"This was a very helpful tournament to everyone on the team. While we played several holes very well, others were a difficult task that we were not able to conquer. We are going into our winter break excited to get better for the spring," said head coach Wilson Wickerham.
