Falcons Compete at the College of Coastal Georgia

WAVERLY, Ga. - The men's golf team and individual participant Anna Bassett competed against 14 other schools earlier this week at the College of Coastal Georgia Invitational. 

The men's team placed 15th of 15 with senior Tyler Earnhart leading for the Falcons. Earnhart earned an overall score of 250 with his lowest round of the three being 1-over par. Newcomers Kade Nelson, Tucker Hinely, and Daniel Berkley made their debut for the Falcons. Nelson placed 79th and Hinely and Berkley tied for 81st. Returner Brent Walker followed closely behind and finished out in 84th place. 

Anna Bassett was the Falcons' sole female participant. She shot for two rounds and finished the tournament with a final score of 263. 

The men's team will compete next at the Gyrene Invitational hosted by Ave Maria University on October 16-17 at 8:30am.
